I am 39 years old and since I was 16 I have worked in different types of kitchens: European, Japanese, Russian, Italian and many other types of different cuisines.
I started my conscious eating journey with raw vegan food for 5.5 years, then vegan cooking for 12 years
Several projects, our own delivery of raw vegan food, a cafe and our own restaurant called Healthy Conscience.
I want to share my experience with you, show the simplicity of preparation, sophistication and variety of dishes.
